An active member of the training community for over 14 years - involved in the delivery of training to a wide range of clients. Over time this included the development of tracking and monitoring systems to ensure consistency of delivery across multiple sites.
After having worked in this field David used his experience to move into the evolving field of e-learning.
This experience in training design, development and delivery has lead him with Mark to strike out and create Razer Training.
I have been involved in training for over 14 years and have seen the landscape change over time. The emphasis is now on training staff to be safe and secure in the workplace. Working on a range of packages over a number of years I feel that we with out training team can deliver quality training to a standard that is rarely met today.
