History:
Mark has over twelve years experience in the delivery/ facilitation of a wide range of training courses. These courses have been delivered in the private and public sector. This includes Cognitive Behavioural programmes facilitation of awareness courses in diverse and challenging environments as well as within educational services. He has delivered behavioural and conflict management courses in the private sector. Mark has a BA in business studies as well as an honors degree in History and is currently working towards a qualification within CIPD.
I see training as an important element in most peoples lives and as such it should be approached not only from a profit making point of view but as also a moral and ethical perspective. Training is not just about passing on information, it is about ensuring that the participant, the trainer and the employer all have their needs met.
